Common use of Settlement Administrator Clause in Contracts

Settlement Administrator. “Settlement Administrator” means the company selected by Plaintiffs’ Counsel, with approval by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and unaffiliated with either party or any involved law firms, retained by the Parties to administer Notice and distribution of settlement monies.

If the Court’s Final Approval Order approves the terms of this Agreement, retained the Settlement Administrator’s fees and costs of administering the settlement shall be borne by the Parties to administer Notice and distribution of settlement moniesSettlement Fund.
