Setter. A setter is an employee who is able to set a die into a machine. This role involves the removal of an existing die and the replacement of this with another die. Storeperson This role is responsible for the packing and distribution of goods to the stores area for the customer. Employees at this level are subject to a yearly performance review. Employees at this classification have a duty to adhere to safe systems of work and take reasonable care not to expose themselves, others or the environment to unnecessary risk. Technical Trainer This role is responsible for the assessment of employees who wish to transition between levels 1-5 in this classification structure. They have the ability to assist in the development of training material and to assess employees against criteria for their role in the relevant job description. This role involves the removal of an existing die and the replacement of this with another die. This level may also be utilised for the 2nd year of the Setting Traineeship. Storeperson (Packer) This role is responsible for the packing and distribution of goods to the stores area for the customer. Qualification can include a forklift license but employees at this level will not be required to operate a Forklift. 2nd Class Machinist A 2nd Class Machinist is responsible for the extrusion of raw material for the production of a final product for the customer.   • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Contract Management To ensure full performance of the Contract and compliance with applicable law, the System Agency may take actions including:

  • Minimum Standards (a) It is intended that the provisions contained in the Employment Standards Act and Regulations (Act), presently in effect and from time to time amended, are minimum requirements only.

  • Payment Procedures Upon receipt of a Right Certificate representing exercisable Rights, with the form of election to purchase and certification duly executed, accompanied by payment of the aggregate Purchase Price for the total number of one one-hundredths of a Preferred Share to be purchased and an amount equal to any applicable transfer tax required to be paid by the holder of such Right Certificate in accordance with Section 9, in cash or by certified or cashier's check or money order payable to the order of the Company, the Rights Agent shall thereupon promptly (i)(A) requisition from any transfer agent of the Preferred Shares (or make available, if the Rights Agent is the transfer agent) certificates for the number of Preferred Shares to be purchased and the Company hereby irrevocably authorizes its transfer agent to comply with all such requests, or (B) if the Company shall have elected to deposit the total number of Preferred Shares issuable upon exercise of the Rights hereunder with a depository agent, requisition from the depositary agent depositary receipts representing interests in such number of one one-hundredths of a Preferred Share as are to be purchased (in which case certificates for the Preferred Shares represented by such receipts shall be deposited by the transfer agent with the depositary agent) and the Company hereby directs the depositary agent to comply with all such requests, (ii) when appropriate, requisition from the Company the amount of cash to be paid in lieu of the issuance of fractional shares in accordance with Section 14 or otherwise in accordance with Section 11.1.3, (iii) promptly after receipt of such certificates or depositary receipts, cause the same to be delivered to or upon the order of the registered holder of such Right Certificate, registered in such name or names as may be designated by such holder and (iv) when appropriate, after receipt, promptly deliver such cash to or upon the order of the registered holder of such Right Certificate. In the event that the Company is obligated to issue other securities of the Company, pay cash and/or distribute other property pursuant to Section 11.1.3, the Company will make all arrangements necessary so that such other securities, cash and/or other property are available for distribution by the Rights Agent, if and when appropriate.

  • Standards for Determining Commercial Reasonableness Borrower and Silicon agree that a sale or other disposition (collectively, "sale") of any Collateral which complies with the following standards will conclusively be deemed to be commercially reasonable: (i) Notice of the sale is given to Borrower at least seven days prior to the sale, and, in the case of a public sale, notice of the sale is published at least seven days before the sale in a newspaper of general circulation in the county where the sale is to be conducted; (ii) Notice of the sale describes the collateral in general, non-specific terms; (iii) The sale is conducted at a place designated by Silicon, with or without the Collateral being present; (iv) The sale commences at any time between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m; (v) Payment of the purchase price in cash or by cashier's check or wire transfer is required; (vi) With respect to any sale of any of the Collateral, Silicon may (but is not obligated to) direct any prospective purchaser to ascertain directly from Borrower any and all information concerning the same. Silicon shall be free to employ other methods of noticing and selling the Collateral, in its discretion, if they are commercially reasonable.

  • Minimum Staffing The Employer agrees to employ sufficient registered staff and health care aides/ Personal Support Workers to meet the staffing needs that may be set from time to time by statute and/or regulation. In the event that there is insufficient staffing to meet this undertaking, the Employer will post vacancies so that any unmet care undertaking will be satisfied.
