Setback restrictions Sample Clauses
Setback restrictions are provisions that establish minimum required distances between a structure and property boundaries, roads, or other designated features. These restrictions typically dictate how close buildings, fences, or other improvements can be placed relative to lot lines or easements, often measured in feet or meters. By enforcing these spatial buffers, setback restrictions help ensure adequate light, air, privacy, and safety, while also maintaining neighborhood aesthetics and compliance with zoning regulations.
