SETA Statements. SETA declares and agrees: 4.1.1 To have the right and use the Technical Knowledge during the term of this Contract in order to provide Consulting Services. For this purpose, SETA celebrated the Operations Contract, which shall be valid during the term of this Contract or its extension pursuant to its terms; 4.1.2 That it has not entered into, and will not enter into, any contract during the term of this Contract that restricts the right to use the Technical Knowledge for purposes of providing the Consulting Services; and 4.1.3 To know the content of the Management Services Rendering Agreement celebrated between the Services Company and the Concessionaire Companies for the operation of the Assigned Airports and shall comply with its obligations with the provision of Services pursuant to the same.
