Set Up Assistance Sample Clauses
The Set Up Assistance clause requires one party, typically the service provider, to help the other party with the initial configuration or implementation of a product or service. This may include tasks such as installing software, configuring systems, or providing training to ensure the client can effectively use the service from the outset. By outlining these responsibilities, the clause ensures a smooth onboarding process and reduces the risk of misunderstandings or delays during the initial stages of the agreement.
