Common use of Set Off and Survival Clause in Contracts

Set Off and Survival. Without limitation to any other rights or remedies of Lender, Lender shall have the right at all times without notice to the Credit Parties (which notice is hereby waived to the maximum extent permitted by law) to set off or apply against any Obligations now and hereafter owing (whether matured or contingent) any deposits at any time held by, or other indebtedness at any time owing by, Lender or any of its Affiliates to or for the credit or account of any Credit Party. All indemnities hereunder or under the other Loan Documents shall survive any termination of the Loan Documents unless expressly released in writing.
