Common use of SES Plus Clause in Contracts

SES Plus. 9.1.1 If included in the Quotation and subject to 9.1.2, and if required for a Philips Patient Information Center iX (PIC iX) software release that is available to Customer through the SES Agreement, Philips will provide Customer with new personal computers (PCs) which run the PIC iX application. For the purpose of this provision, “if required” means PCs do not meet the minimum requirements of a release as specified in the Philips Technical Data Sheet accompanying the software release. 9.1.2 This SES Plus hardware entitlement is a stand ready obligation for releases subsequent to the first major release or version provided to Customer under the SES Agreement. As such, Customer PCs 9.1.3 If Customer selects SES Plus entitlement, all Sectors under this Agreement shall be charged for this entitlement.
