Servicing Provisions Customary. The servicing arrangements hereunder, including, without limitation, the terms and conditions pursuant to which the Contributor will act as Servicer and the Servicer's Fee and other amounts to be paid to the Contributor, are consistent with the arrangements and customary practices of the Contributor when providing comparable services to nonaffiliated entities and of other services in the equipment leasing industry.
