Servicing / Property Management Fee. A quarterly servicing / property management fee from 0.00% to 0.50% paid to Fundrise Servicing, LLC for the servicing, property management, and/or administration of certain investments and loans held by the Company. The servicing fee shall be calculated as an annual percentage of the stated value of the applicable asset and will be deducted at the time that payments on the asset are made. The fee shall be deducted in the expected proportion to the split between deferred and current payments.

The servicing fee shall be calculated as an annual percentage of the stated value of the applicable asset property and will be deducted at the time that payments on the asset are made. The fee shall be deducted in the expected proportion to the split between deferred and current payments. The stated value of the applicable asset will be determined as provided in Section 5.10(b) of the Operating Agreement.
