Common use of Servicing Programs Clause in Contracts

Servicing Programs. If a license or approval is required for the Collateral Agent’s, any Administrative Agent’s or such successor Servicer’s use of any software or other computer program used by Sprint Spectrum in the servicing of the Receivables, then, following delivery of a Successor Notice, Sprint Spectrum shall at its own expense make reasonable efforts to arrange for the Collateral Agent, such Administrative Agent or such successor Servicer to receive any such required license or approval.
