Servicing of Delinquent Mortgage Loans. (a) Prior to the Commencement of Foreclosure of any Mortgage Loan, the Company shall provide, or cause the related servicer to provide, the Class B Holder with a notice (sent by telecopier) of such proposed and imminent foreclosure, stating the loan number and the aggregate amount due under the Mortgage Note.
