Common use of Servicing Fee Clause in Contracts

Servicing Fee. Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 in respect of Lender's services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 5,000 in respect of Lender's services for each full month (or part thereofpro rated for any partial month) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereaftermonth.

Such fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Borrower Borrowers shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 in respect of Lender's services 10,000 for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains is in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations (other than Obligations fully covered by cash collateral held by Lender or a standby letter of credit in favor of Lender acceptable to Lender in all respects) are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Servicing Fee. Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 1,500 in respect of Lender's services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as while there remain outstanding any of the Obligations are outstandingfor the payment of money or with respect to Letter of Credit Accommodations, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,000 2,500) in respect of Lender's ’s services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.”

Servicing Fee. Borrower Borrowers shall jointly and severally pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 4,000 in respect of Lender's services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Loans, Letter of Credit Accommodations, or other Obligations (other than indemnification obligations continuing after the termination of this Agreement) are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Servicing Fee. Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly quarterly a servicing fee in an amount equal to Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,000 7,500) in respect of Lender's services for each month quarter (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month quarter hereafter.

Servicing Fee. Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 50,000 per annum in respect of Lender's services for each month year (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of the date hereof and will be payable in advance on the date hereof in quarterly installments beginning March 1, 1999 and on the first day of each month hereaftercalendar quarter thereafter.

Borrower Borrowers shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 10,000 in respect of Lender's services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Borrower Borrowers shall pay to Lender monthly quarterly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 7,500 in respect of Lender's services for each month quarter (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafterfiscal quarter hereafter (commencing with the fiscal quarter beginning on January 1, 2004).

Servicing Fee. Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 in respect of Lender's services 3,000 for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains is in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof for the month in which the date of this Agreement occurs and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $US$2,000 in respect of Lender's services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,000 1,500) in respect of Lender's ’s services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Servicing Fee. Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly annually a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 42,000 in respect of Lender's services for each month year (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned in advance as of the date hereof and on each annual anniversary hereafter, such annual servicing fee to be payable on a monthly basis, in advance advance, with the first such monthly payment payable on the date hereof (without proration) and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Borrower shall pay to Lender a monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 the Exchange Equivalent of CDN$1,500 per month in respect of Lender's ’s services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which monthly fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date of closing hereof and on the first day of each month hereafterthereafter.

Borrower Borrowers shall pay monthly to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 in respect of Lender's services 10,000 for each month (or part thereof) while thereof during the term of this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereaftermonth.

Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to Two Thousand US Dollars (US $2,000 2,000) in respect of Lender's services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly annually a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 25,000 in respect of Lender's services for each twelve-month period (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day anniversary of each month hereafterthe date hereof.

Borrower Borrowers shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in -------------- an amount equal to $2,000 in respect of Lender's services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Servicing Fee. Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 5,000 in respect of Lender's services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Servicing Fee. Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 1,333 in respect of Lender's services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Servicing Fee. Borrower Borrowers shall pay to Lender a monthly a servicing fee in an the amount equal to of $2,000 1,000 in respect of Lender's ’s services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which servicing fee shall be fully earned as of and payable monthly in advance beginning on the date hereof Closing Date and on the first day of each month hereafterthereafter until payment in full of the Obligations.

Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee ------------- in an amount equal to $2,000 1,000 in respect of Lender's services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Borrower Borrowers shall jointly and severally pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 8,000 in respect of Lender's services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Servicing Fee. Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 6,500 in respect of Lender's services for each month (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance commencing on the date hereof November 1, 1997 and on the first day of each month hereafterthereafter.

Servicing Fee. Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly quarterly a servicing fee in an amount equal to $2,000 12,500 in respect of Lender's services for each month quarter (or part thereof) while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be fully earned as of and payable in advance on the date hereof and on the first day of each month quarter hereafter.
