Common use of Servicing Fee and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Servicing Fee and Expenses. As compensation for the performance of its obligations hereunder, the Servicer shall be entitled to receive on each Distribution Date the Base Servicing Fee and shall be entitled to retain all Supplemental Servicing Fees. The Servicer will also be entitled to receive investment earnings (net of investment losses and expenses) on funds on deposit in the Collection Account and the Reserve Account during each Collection Period. Except to the extent otherwise provided herein, the Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities under this Agreement (including fees and disbursements of independent accountants, taxes imposed on the Servicer, expenses incurred in connection with distributions and reports to Securityholders and all other fees and expenses not expressly stated under this Agreement to be for the account of the Securityholders).
