Common use of Servicing Compensation; Payment of Certain Expenses by Servicer Clause in Contracts

Servicing Compensation; Payment of Certain Expenses by Servicer. The Servicer shall be entitled to receive the Servicing Fee in accordance with Sections 3.02 and 3.03 as compensation for its services in connection with servicing the Loans. Moreover, additional servicing compensation in the form of late payment charges, prepayment charges, investment income on amounts in the Custodial Account or the Payment Account and other receipts not required to be deposited in the Custodial Account as specified in Section 3.02 shall be retained by the Servicer. The Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder and shall not be entitled to reimbursement therefor.

The Subject to Section 5.02, the Servicer shall be entitled to receive retain the Servicing Fee in accordance with Sections Section 3.02 and 3.03 as compensation for its services in connection with servicing the Mortgage Loans. Moreover, additional servicing compensation in the form of late payment charges, prepayment charges, investment income on amounts in the Custodial Account charges or the Payment Account and other receipts not required to be deposited in the Custodial Collection Account, including, without limitation, Foreclosure Profits and, subject to Section 5.05, investment income on the Collection Account as specified in Section 3.02 and the Distribution Account shall be additional servicing compensation and retained by the Servicer. The Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder and shall not be entitled to reimbursement therefortherefor except as specifically provided herein.

The Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder and shall not be entitled to reimbursement therefortherefor except as specifically provided herein.
