Servicing Centralization Period Duties. Unless a Servicing Transfer has already occurred, during the Servicing Centralization Period, the Back-up Servicer may perform, in addition to the duties set forth in Section 2.1(a), each of the duties and actions set forth on Schedule I hereto and any other action, in each case, to the extent the Back-up Servicer deems necessary to ensure its preparedness to act as Servicer (collectively, the “Servicing Centralization Period Duties”) on behalf of the Issuer, the Issuer Loan Trustee for the benefit of the Issuer, and the Indenture Trustee, for the benefit of the Noteholders, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
