Servicing Agency Authority. (Check One) This is the authority that allows the Servicing Agency to provide products and/or services to another Federal agency and to be reimbursed. Franchise Fund Check if the Servicing Agency’s authority for this IAA falls under a Franchise Fund and enter the statutory authority title and citation. Revolving Fund Check if the Servicing Agency’s authority for this IAA falls under a Revolving Fund and enter the statutory authority title and citation. Working Capital Fund Check if the Servicing Agency’s authority for this IAA falls under a Working Capital Fund and enter the statutory authority title and citation. Economy Act (31 U.S.C. 1535/ FAR 17.5) Check if the Servicing Agency’s authority for this IAA falls under the Economy Act.
