Common use of Services to be Rendered by the Sub-Adviser to the Trust Clause in Contracts

Services to be Rendered by the Sub-Adviser to the Trust. A. As investment adviser to each Portfolio, the Sub-Adviser will coordinate the investment and reinvestment of the assets of the Portfolio and determine the composition of the assets of the Portfolio, subject always to the supervision and control of the Adviser and the Trustees of the Trust.

Services to be Rendered by the Sub-Adviser to the Trust. A. As investment adviser to each PortfolioFund specified under a Sub-Adviser’s name on Appendix A, the Sub-Adviser will coordinate the investment and reinvestment of the assets of the Portfolio Fund and determine the composition of the assets of the PortfolioFund, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, each Fund’s Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information and subject always to the direction, supervision and control of the Investment Adviser and the Trustees of the Trust.
