Services supported. The JES will initially undertake to provide integrated support services for the following areas; ▪ Occupational therapy across health and social care ▪ Paediatrics (for an agreed range of equipment). ▪ District Nursing ▪ Continence Service ▪ Adult Physiotherapy (only for the collection of items from an agreed list of drop off points and delivery to an agreed refurbishment point) ▪ Continuing Health service users The teams that will be supported through the service (i.e. those who can draw from the service) will be those who have contributed to the pooled budget. A basic principle will be employed that if any section has not contributed to the pooled budget, they will not be allowed to draw from the service. Additional sections will be permitted to join the JES arrangements where the advisory board have authorised this. The detailed service arrangements for any additions to this agreement will be set out as appendices to this agreement.
