Services Recipient Sample Clauses

The 'Services Recipient' clause defines the party or entity that will receive the services outlined in the agreement. Services Recipient. Atlas Power, LLC and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Recipient”). Term: Six years shall be the initial term, with annual evergreen thereafter.
