SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT. To the extent applicable, Supplier certifies that during the term of this Agreement it will comply with applicable requirements of 2 C.F.R. § 200.216.
SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT. The subrecipient is responsible for compliance with the prohibition on certain telecommunications and video surveillance services or equipment identified in 2 CFR 200.216. See Public Law 115-232, Section 889 for additional information. In accordance with 2 CFR 200.216, the subrecipient is prohibited from obligating or expending loan or grant funds for covered telecommunications equipment or services to: (1) procure or obtain, extend or renew a contract to procure or obtain; (2) enter into a contract (or extend or renew a contract) to procure; or (3) obtain the equipment, services or systems. TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS. Subrecipients under this award and the Subrecipient’s employees may not: (1) Engage in severe forms of trafficking in persons during the period of time that the award is in effect; (2) Procure a commercial sex act during the period of time that the award is in effect; or (3) Use forced labor in performance of the award or subawards under the award. NONDISCRIMINATION STATEMENT – PRINTED, ELECTRONIC, OR AUDIOVISUAL MATERIAL. The Subrecipient shall include the following statement, in full, in any printed audiovisual material, or electronic media for public distribution developed or printed with any Federal funding.
