Services Grant Clause Samples
Services Grant a. When You purchase or rightfully receive rights to Versa Secure Access and/or Secure Web Gateway, Versa grants You a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to install and use that Service for the term you have purchased for.
b. Your use of Versa Secure Access and/or Secure Web Gateway, as well as any components of the solution, may not exceed the scope or quantity You have purchased,
c. You may install and use Versa Client APP (part of Versa SASE solution) on any device that supports it
d. You are also granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to use eligible Versa Cloud Gateways (VCGs) that are deployed globally with Versa Operating System™ (VOS™) as part of the Versa SASE solution

Your use of the Versa Hosted Head-End Service , as well as any components of the solution, may not exceed the scope or quantity You have purchased.
