Common use of Services & facilities Clause in Contracts

Services & facilities. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, each Party, as a Provider, shall provide (or cause to be provided) to the other Party, as a Recipient, its respective Services and Facilities as set forth on the schedules to this Agreement.
