Common use of Services During Disability Clause in Contracts

Services During Disability. During the Term, notwithstanding any Disability, Executive shall, to the extent that he is physically and mentally able to do so, furnish information and assistance to GTECH, and, in addition, upon the reasonable request in writing of the Chief Executive Officer of GTECH, or a senior executive officer designated by the Chief Executive Officer of GTECH, from time to time, he shall make himself available to GTECH and its subsidiaries and affiliates to undertake reasonable assignments consistent with his position and his physical and mental health.
