Common use of Services During Disability Clause in Contracts

Services During Disability. During the period that Employee shall be entitled to receive payments under this Article, and to the extent that he is physically and mentally able to do so, he shall furnish information and assistance to the Employer and comply with the provisions hereof; and, in addition, upon reasonable request in writing on behalf of the President he shall make himself available to the Employer to undertake reasonable assignments consistent with the dignity, importance and scope of his prior position and his physical and mental health.
