Services Contractually Permitted Sample Clauses
The "Services Contractually Permitted" clause defines the specific services that a party is authorized to provide under the terms of the contract. It typically outlines the scope and limitations of the services, ensuring that only those activities explicitly listed or described are allowed. For example, a vendor may be permitted to perform maintenance but not upgrades unless separately agreed. This clause serves to prevent misunderstandings or unauthorized activities by clearly delineating what is and is not permitted, thereby protecting both parties from potential disputes over the scope of work.
