Common use of Services Contracts Clause in Contracts

For any Third Party services, which on the date of expiration or termination of the Transaction Document IBM is using solely to perform the Services (such as machine maintenance, disaster recovery, or other Third Party services), IBM will assign the contracts, if any, for such Third Party services to MMTL or MMTL’s designee.
