Services Content. The Services and its contents are intended solely for the personal, non-commercial use of Services users and may only be used in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. All materials displayed or performed on the Services (including, but not limited to text, graphics, articles, photographs, images, illustrations (also known as the “Content”)) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You shall abide by all copyright notices, trademark rules, information, and restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Services, and shall not use, copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, upload, display, license, sell or otherwise exploit for any purposes whatsoever any Content or third party submissions or other proprietary rights not owned by you: (i) without the express prior written consent of the respective owners, and (ii) in any way that violates any third party right. Services Content. Except for allowing Candidates to access the Services, Client shall not disclose the contents of the Services to any third party.
Services Content a. All content other than Customer Data included as part of the Service or displayed to you as part of the Service, such as documentation, data, text, graphics, logos, and images, as well as the compilation thereof, any and all advertising campaigns, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising campaigns (together, the “▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇”), and any software used on the Site (collectively, the “Services Content”), is the property of Company or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. b. You will not, directly or indirectly, modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works, or in any way attempt to discover the ideas, know-how or algorithms related to, or otherwise exploit, any of the Services Content, in whole or in part, found on the Site or accessed through the Services. Services Content is not for resale. Services Content. The services may contain content and information such as data, text, audio, video, images ("Services Content") that is protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights under applicable laws. All Services Content is owned exclusively by Our Service Provider. A worldwide royalty-free license is granted to the Insured Person by Our Service Provider to use the Service Content for personal and non-commercial use only. Apart from that, none of the platform or the Service Content may be republished, posted, transmitted, stored, sold, distributed or modified without prior written consent from Our Service Provider. The Insured Person is not permitted to use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar data gathering or extraction methods. Any use of the platform or the Services Content other than as authorized by these terms and conditions or for any purpose not intended under these terms and conditions is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the license granted to the Insured Person by Our Service Provider hereunder. The technology and software underlying the services is the property of Our Service Provider (the "Software"). The Insured Person agrees not to reverse engineer, reverse assemble, modify or otherwise attempt to discover any source code version of the Software. Our Service Providers reserves all right, title and interest in and to the Software and Services Content, except for the limited rights expressly granted herein. Our Service Provider names and logos are trademarks and service marks which are proprietary to and are owned by Our Service Provider (collectively the "Our Service Provider Trademarks"). Other company products, brand names and logos used and displayed via the services may be trademarks of their respective owners who may or may not endorse or be affiliated with or connected to Our Service Provider. The Insured Person will not, in any manner, register or attempt to register use any of the Our Service Provider Trademarks or any third party trademark or proprietary material unless expressly authorized by Our Service Provider and/or the relevant third party which is the proprietor of the brand. Services Content. 2.1. We reserve the right to change the content of our Services from time to time, at our discretion, with or without notice.
Services Content. Customer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to internally promote the Services Content, as approved in writing in advance by Radish Health. At a minimum, Customer agrees to deploy mutually-approved Services Content on a quarterly basis to Members and/or a subset of Members whose selection Customer has determined will not constitute a selection that would cause Customer or its group health plan to discriminate against a person with a health status, or which Customer has determined will not cause Customer to fail to comply with all applicable nondiscrimination, health data, or biometric data laws, regulations, and guidance applicable to Customer and/or its Health Plan. Such Services Content shall be delivered by Customer in a manner as mutually agreed to by the Parties (including, without limitation, by emailing, SMS texting handing out, and/or posting Services Content in high-visibility areas during open enrollment, new employee training, as well as uploading Services Content to Customer’s corporate intranet and human resources sites). Customer acknowledges it has no authority to modify any Services Content without the prior written approval of Radish Health. Any and all materials used or created by Customer or its employees or agents to describe the Clinical Services must be approved in writing by Radish Health prior to any distribution by Customer. In addition, Customer hereby authorizes Radish Health to communicate directly with Members for the purpose of (a) promoting the Clinical Services to the Members, and (b) treatment, payment, and health care operations of Radish Health.

i. User Generated Content. LIVE4LIFE allows users to distribute streaming live, use services, such as chat, bulletin boards, forum postings, voice interactive services, and to participate in other activities in which you may create, post, transmit, perform, or store content, messages, text, sound, images, applications, code or other data or materials on the Services (“User Content”). Users of the Services may also overlay music, graphics, stickers, virtual items and other features provided by LIVE4LIFE (“LIVE4LIFE Features”) onto this User Content and transmit this User Content through the Services. The views expressed by other users on the Services (including through use of the virtual gifts) do not represent our views or values.
ii. Help you discover content, products, and services that may interest you. We show you ads, offers, and other sponsored content to help you discover content, products, and services that are offered by the many businesses and organizations that use LIVE4LIFE.
iii. Combat harmful conduct and protect and support our community. We employ dedicated teams around the world and develop advanced technical systems to detect misuse of our Services, harmful conduct towards others, and situations where we may be able to help support or protect our community. If we learn of content or conduct like this, we will take appropriate action - for example, offering help, removing content, removing or restricting access to certain features, disabling an account, or contacting law enforcement.
iv. Global access to our Services To operate our global service, we need to store and distribute content and data in our data centers and systems around the world, including outside your country of residence. This infrastructure may be operated or controlled by SUPER DIGITAL SDN. BHD. and its affiliates.
