Services / Consulting. Scope of Engagement Description of service to be provided: Start Date: Completion Date: Identify each phase of the services being provided under this agreement. For example, if this is for design and implementation of an internet webpage, please identify what the project will require in a Requirement Phase, and what the Design, Production, Creation and Presentation Phases entail. If by project, list a lump sum. If this is a service for time, indicate the hourly rate per level of individual(s) providing services under this agreement. Also include reporting and invoice periods if applicable. Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, payment for services rendered will be made upon completion, per AISD’s standard weekly invoicing schedule.
