Common use of Services Changes Clause in Contracts

Hammerspace may, in its sole discretion, change any aspect of the Services or their performance on 30 days’ prior written notice to Licensee, provided that no such change reduces or otherwise has a material adverse effect on: (a) Hammerspace’s level of effort in performing the Services;
