Services by Contractor. Contractor shall sell and manage advertising services for the City’s Parking System in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Contractor shall install, maintain, repair, modify and reconstruct, as necessary, visual advertising ("Signs") in spaces within City-owned parking ramps (the "Parking Ramps") set aside for this purpose. Contractor shall also administer all accounting, sales, and billing records required in the selling of any advertising under this Agreement. A list of the City's current Parking Ramps is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The number of Parking Ramps in which Signs may be installed may increase or decrease during the term of this Agreement due to the City's disposal of existing Parking Ramps or construction of new Parking Ramps. Any new Parking Ramps shall automatically be included under this Agreement. The City Parking Administrator shall approve, in writing, the number, location and size of all Signs to be installed in any Parking Ramp.
Services by Contractor. CONTRACTOR shall provide services in accordance with Exhibit "A" entitled “Scope of Work.” To accomplish that end, CONTRACTOR agrees to assign ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to this project, to act in the capacity of Project Manager and personally direct the services to be provided by CONTRACTOR. All exhibits referenced in this Agreement are attached hereto and are incorporated herein by reference. Contractor shall perform the services described in the scope of work attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, along with any Specifications, Addenda, and other Exhibits attached hereto, which documents are incorporated by this reference, (“Services”), in a manner consistent with the accepted practices for other similar services, performed to the City’s satisfaction, within the time period prescribed by the City and pursuant to the direction of the City Manager or his/her designee.

Upon referral by the County Department of Animal Services, the Spay/Neuter Action Project (SNAP), a local humane society or public animal shelter, or City in which the Department provides animal control services (collectively, “Referral Entities”), Contractor shall perform feline and canine ovariohysterectomies and castrations at its facility. Contractor shall also provide those services listed in Section 5 below, pursuant to the terms of that section. Referral Entities are under no obligation to make a certain number of referrals to Contractor.

Services by Contractor. A. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to meet the business and operational needs of the City for the project referenced above, including but not limited to: General maintenance, trimming, and removal of trees and other vegetation throughout the City. All work must comply with standards approved by the American National Standards Institute, Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act (WISHA) State Laws, and Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) laws. The Scope of Work for each task shall be provided within individual task orders. The services performed by the Contractor shall not exceed the Scope of Work within the relevant task order(s) without prior written authorization from the City.
B. The City may from time to time require changes or modifications in the Scope of Work. Such changes, including any decrease or increase in the amount of compensation, shall be agreed to by the parties and incorporated in written amendments to the Agreement.
Services by Contractor. Inspect and perform routine maintenance on the On-Site Sewage Facility (hereinafter referred to as OSSF) as recommended by the treatment system manufacturer, and in compliance with state and/or local regulation. There will be three (3) scheduled visits per calendar year (approximately once every four (4) months. • Provide a written notification of the visit – notification will be left at the site either by an inspection tag attached to the control panel or with site personnel upon completion of inspection. • Report to the appropriate regulatory authority and to the Client, as is required by both the State’s on-site rules and the Regulatory Agency’s rules. All findings must be reported to the Regulatory Agency within fourteen (14) days. • If any components of the OSSF are found to be in need of repair or replacement during the inspection and are not covered by warranty, the Client authorized the Contractor to do minor repairs to prevent other problems and ▇▇▇▇ Client for services performed; however, the Contractor will notify the Client of any major repairs and the associated cost the major repair. • Visit Site in response to Client’s request(s) for unscheduled services(s) within two (2) business days from the date of Contractor’s receipt of Client’s request. The cost for unscheduled visits will be billed to the Client unless covered by warranty. • Maintain a current license to operate and abide by the conditions and limitations of that license and all requirements for OSSF from the state and/or local regulatory agency, as well as, the proprietary system’s manufacturer recommendations. • Commercial systems only: The sample collection & laboratory testing of BOD & TSS on a yearly basis is required by this permit & you the Client are responsible for these fees. BOD & TSS results: If the results, state system overload, additional testing may be required and you the Client will be responsible for all additional testing fees. In order to facilitate an orderly transition of management within the LMC Aeronautics Systems Business Area, CONTRACTOR shall provide historical background information, factual and management assistance, guidance and counsel to the LMC Aeronautics Business Area Executive Vice President on matters involving operation of the Business Area (the “Services”) on an as needed, on call basis.
