Services Area Fees. These charges apply on a daily hire basis for: (1) the use of POPL’s Link Road Receival Area, required for shiploading operations. (2) Other areas of the Port required to facilitate the Customer’s Receival and Outturn operations as required (charged separately) Fees are to be paid upfront based on estimated days of occupancy (usage) and are non-refundable. The fees will be reconciled at the completion of the provision of the services.
