Services and Specifications. Service Levels and Timescales
Services and Specifications. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer hereby engages Flextronics to procure Materials, and to manufacture, assemble, and test Products pursuant to mutually agreed upon written Specifications (collectively, such work, the “Services”). In case of any conflict between the Specifications and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.
(b) Flextronics and Customer shall maintain and update the Specifications in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

In case of any conflict between the Specifications and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.
(b) Flextronics and LumiraDx shall maintain and update the Specifications in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
(c) Prior to commencing manufacturing of the Products, Flextronics shall provide Lumira Dx with information setting out all Materials to be used in the production process together with a description of the production process. If a change to the Specifications is required by applicable Laws, LumiraDx shall inform Flextronics and the parties shall jointly agree in good faith a plan for implementing any changes so required as well as the new Fee List relating thereto.
