Common use of Services Agreements Clause in Contracts

Services Agreements. To use the Services, Your organization must have entered into an agreement with the Company (each an "Agreement"), specifying the Services that are purchased, the number of users in Your organization allowed to use the Services (the "Authorized Users") and the manner in which each Authorized User will receive his or her user ID and password ("User Credentials") for accessing the Websites or Apps and using the Services or Content. In the event of any conflicts between these Terms of Use, including, but not limited to the Company's Privacy Policy and the Agreement, the Agreement shall govern.
