Common use of Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate Clause in Contracts

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust Administrator, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer Servicer, other than WMMSC, shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans which are not WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, and WMMSC, with respect to the WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust Administrator, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or I, Exhibit I-AA and Exhibit I-B, as applicable, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans which are not WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, and WMMSC, with respect to the WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I I, Exhibit I-A or Exhibit I-AB, as applicable, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I I, Exhibit I-A or Exhibit I-AB, as applicable, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust Administrator, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer Servicer, other than WMMSC, shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, G and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans which are not WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, and WMMSC, with respect to the WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, G in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust Administrator, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer Servicer, other than WMMSC, shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans which are not WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, and WMMSC, with respect to the WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust Administrator, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans which are not WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, and WMMSC, with respect to the WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I I, Exhibit I-A or Exhibit I-AB, as applicable, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I I, Exhibit I-A or Exhibit I-AB, as applicable, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust Administrator, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or and Exhibit I-AB, as applicable, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-AB, as applicable, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I I, or Exhibit I-AB, as applicable, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust Administrator, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Non-Designated Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans shall provide to the Trust Administrator the necessary information, based on information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-Athe Master Servicer has received from the Servicers, as applicable, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust AdministratorMaster Servicer, with respect to each Non-Designated Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer Servicer, other than WMMSC, shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans which are not WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, and WMMSC, with respect to the WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable,, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust Administrator, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer Servicer, other than WMMSC and WMBFA, shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or G-1 and Exhibit I-A, as applicableG-2, and any other information the Master Servicer reasonably requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, Date to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. WMBFA shall provide to the Master Servicer (i) the information set forth in Exhibit G-2 and Exhibit G-3 and (ii) any other information the Master Servicer reasonably requires (provided, that, WMBFA shall have no obligation to provide to the Master Servicer any information pursuant to this clause (ii) which is unduly burdensome or costly for WMBFA to provide to the Master Servicer), in each case in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between WMBFA and the Master Servicer, with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, each Mortgage Loan serviced by WMBFA no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, Date to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans which are not WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, and WMMSC, with respect to the WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, G-1 in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust Administrator, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust Administrator, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. At the request of the Back-up Servicer, and continuously thereafter without any additional request, R&G Mortgage Servicer shall provide to the Back-up Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Back-up Servicer requires, in such form as the Back-up Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between R&G Mortgage and the Back-up Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by R&G Mortgage no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date.

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust Administrator, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. R&G Mortgage Servicer shall provide to the Back-up Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Back-up Servicer requires, in such form as the Back-up Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between R&G Mortgage and the Back-up Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by R&G Mortgage no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date.

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I I, or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust Administrator, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. At the request of the Back-up Servicer, and continuously thereafter without any additional request, R&G Mortgage Servicer shall provide to the Back-up Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Back-up Servicer requires, in such form as the Back-up Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between R&G Mortgage and the Back-up Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by R&G Mortgage no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date.

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer Servicer, with a copy to the Modification Oversight Agent, the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator Administrator, with a copy to the Modification Oversight Agent, the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust Administrator, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator Administrator, with a copy to the Modification Oversight Agent, the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust Administrator, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicers and Master Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than (i) with respect to a Servicer, other than Xxxxx Fargo, twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date, and (ii) with respect to Xxxxx Fargo, on the Data Remittance Date, to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans, shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I I, or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. Each Servicer also shall provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, solely relating to Payoffs received during the related Prepayment Period, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Trust Administrator, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than the Additional Data Remittance Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder. R&G Mortgage Servicer shall provide to the Back-up Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit I or Exhibit I-A, as applicable, and any other information the Back-up Servicer requires, in such form as the Back-up Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between R&G Mortgage and the Back-up Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by R&G Mortgage no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date.
