Servicer Shall Provide Access and Information as Reasonably Required. The Servicer shall furnish to the Owner the reports specified on Exhibit J and, upon written request, during the term of this Agreement, such periodic, special or other reports or information, whether or not provided for herein, as shall be necessary, reasonable or appropriate with respect to the purposes of this Agreement. The Servicer may negotiate with the Owner for a reasonable fee for providing such report or information, unless (i) the Servicer is required to supply such report or information pursuant to any other section of this Agreement, or (ii) the report or information has been requested in connection with Internal Revenue Service requirements. The Servicer agrees to execute and deliver all such instruments as the Owner, from time to time, may reasonably request in order to effectuate the purposes and to carry out the terms of this Agreement.
