Common use of Servicer Representative Clause in Contracts

Servicer Representative. The Servicer will designate one or more representatives who will be available to assist the Asset Representations Reviewer in performing the Review, including responding to requests and answering questions from the Asset Representations Reviewer about access to Review Materials on the Servicer’s originations, receivables or other systems, obtaining missing or insufficient Review Materials and/or providing clarification of any Review Materials or Tests.

Servicer Representative. The Servicer will designate one or more representatives who will be available to assist the Asset Representations Reviewer in performing the Asset Review, including responding to requests and answering questions from the Asset Representations Reviewer about access to Asset Review Materials on the Servicer’s originations, receivables or other systems, obtaining missing or insufficient Asset Review Materials and/or providing clarification of any Asset Review Materials or Tests.

Servicer Representative. The Servicer will designate one or more representatives who will be available to assist the Asset Representations Reviewer in performing the Asset Representations Review, including responding to requests and answering questions from the Asset Representations Reviewer about access to Review Materials on the Servicer’s or Seller’s originations, receivables or other systems, obtaining missing or insufficient Review Materials and/or providing clarification of any Review Materials or Tests.

The representatives designated by the Servicer pursuant to this Section 3.6(b) may be the same individuals designated as representatives of the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.6(a).
