Common use of Servicer Appointment Clause in Contracts

Servicer Appointment. Dutch FleetCo has appointed the Servicer in accordance with this Agreement to provide the services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Servicer has accepted such appointment. In connection with the rights, powers and discretions conferred on the Servicer under this Agreement, the Servicer shall have the full power, authority and right to do or cause to be done any and all things which it reasonably considers necessary in relation to the exercise of such rights, powers and discretions in respect of the performance of the relevant services.
