Serviceability. The PCMS housing shall provide safe and convenient access for all modular assemblies, components, wiring, and other materials located within the PCMS housing. All internal components shall be removable and replaceable by a single technician. 2.12.1 Locking provisions shall be provided with each enclosure on the trailer.
