Service passports Clause Samples

Service passports. Compared to the first generation of visa facilitation agreements, the second generation embodies some minor and considerable changes. The question is whether these changes are sufficient to remedy some or all of the problems identified above concerning the first generation. A first change is the inclusion of the holders of service passports in the categories that can benefit from visa free travel. It should however be noted that only the amended agreements with Ukraine and Moldova extend the visa-free travel. The agreements with Cape Verde, Armenia and Azerbaijan still limit visa free travel to holders of diplomatic passports only. What can be found in all of the second generation agreements is the declaration by the Union on public security.
