Common use of Service Outages Clause in Contracts

Service Outages. Section 3.24 of the Seller Disclosure Letter sets forth, as of the date of this Agreement, a complete list of network outages of the Business since January 1, 2018, that were required to be reported to the FCC under Part 4 of Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and such network outages were reported by Sellers or one of their Affiliates to the FCC in accordance therewith.

Section 3.24 3.17 of the Seller Disclosure Letter sets forth, as of the date of this Agreement, a complete list of network outages of the Business since January 1, 20182021, that were required to be reported to the FCC under Part 4 of Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and such network outages were reported by Sellers the Seller Group or one of their Affiliates to the FCC in accordance therewith.
