When You purchase Services from Sherweb, You must electronically submit an order via the Portal, or by such other reasonable means as Sherweb may specify from time to time. Upon receipt of each order, a Subscription Plan will be created specific to such purchase, setting forth the initial term, Fees, payment schedule and other terms and conditions with respect to such purchase.
