Service Order Changes. (a) In no event will CenturyLink change a CLEC initiated service order without a new service order directing said change. If an installation or other CLEC ordered work requires a change from the original CLEC service order in any manner, CLEC shall initiate a revised service order. If requested by CLEC, CenturyLink shall then provide CLEC an estimate of additional labor hours and/or materials.
