Service Notice. 2 - 5 years 2 weeks 5 -10 years 4 weeks 10 -15 years 6 weeks over 15 years 8 weeks Notice must be provided in writing and submitted to (Named Manager). Nothing in this agreement shall prevent the giving of a lesser period of notice by either party where it is mutually agreed. In the event of your contract being terminated on the grounds of gross misconduct you will not be entitled to any notice.
