Common use of Service Fee Payers Clause in Contracts

Service Fee Payers. Bargaining unit members not joining the Union shall pay a service fee to the Union as determined in accordance with the RWDSU LOCAL 386 Policy and Procedures Regarding Objections to Political-Ideological Expenditures.
