SERVICE ELEVATORS. The Exhibition Hall operates 3 large service elevators (EV7, EV8, and EV9, with doors 3 m wide, height of 3 m, depth of 7.8 m, and a loading capacity of 6 tons) to transport exhibits and decorating materials for the event. If the renter requires the use of the service elevators, it is necessary to inform ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in advance on the number of service elevators and hours to be used.
SERVICE ELEVATORS. Nightly: All of the following cleaning services will be performed five days each week, including either Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday, and excluding national holidays.
1. Spot clean all surfaces of the interior of all cabs and all exterior doors and frames.
2. Clean dirt and debris from grooves in both cab and landing door tracks.
3. Sweep and scrub as required flooring of all cabs. Weekly:
1. Thoroughly clean all interior and exterior surfaces of cab walls, doors and frames.
2. Machine scrub and refinish where applicable.
3. Clean floor landing tracks.
SERVICE ELEVATORS. Landlord shall, consistent with its obligations to other tenants of the Building, make the service elevator reasonably available to Tenant at no charge in connection with initial decorating, furnishing and moving into the Premises. {3925-00031/01363433;7} EXHIBIT B-3- SHORES CENTER[Tenant Name]
SERVICE ELEVATORS. Service elevators shall be operated only by employees of the Apartment Corporation, and there shall be no interference whatever with the same by the Tenant Shareholders or members of their families or their guests or employees.
SERVICE ELEVATORS. One service elevator shall serve parking level P2 and tenant floors 1-6. Capacity shall be 4,500 pounds, at 350 feet per minute. Cab size shall be 7’0” x 5’6” x 9’0”H. Door size shall be 3’6” x 7’0”H.
