Service Elements. Global ISP Project Management will include the following service elements to be performed by SAVVIS:

Service Elements a) Initial consultation The initial consultation should last at least 20 minutes and include: • An assessment of the person’s readiness to make a quit attempt; • An assessment of the person’s willingness to use appropriate treatments. • Describe a typical treatment programme, its aims, length, how it works and its benefits. • Maximise commitment to the target quit date. • Apply appropriate behavioural support strategies to help the person quit smoking. • A carbon monoxide (CO) test and an explanation of its use as a motivational aid.
Service Elements. (i) SAVVIS will provide Network-based Security Services under the same terms and conditions as Managed Services.
