Service During Retirement or Disability. 8.1 Executive may continue to be involved in the Company's affairs during a Compensation Period provided, however, that Executive's involvement in such affairs shall in no way be required as a condition of receiving any payment under this Agreement, and provided that during any Compensation Period the Company shall have no right under this Agreement to require Executive to perform any services for, or otherwise be involved in the affairs of, the Company.
