Service Documents. The Service Order(s) and SLA relating to the MSS Services and SOW relating to the Consulting Services are collectively referred to as “Service Document(s)”. Each Service Document shall be a separate independent agreement which shall incorporate the terms of this MSA by reference.

  • Reference Documents Obtain, as necessary for submitting a tender offer, copies of the latest versions of standards, specifications, conditions of contract and other publications, which are not attached but which are incorporated into the tender documents by reference.

  • Source Documentation Accounting records must be supported by such source documentation as canceled checks, bank statements, invoices, paid bills, donor letters, time and attendance records, activity reports, travel reports, contractual and consultant agreements, and subaward documentation. All supporting documentation should be clearly identified with the Award and general ledger accounts which are to be charged or credited.

  • Finance Documents (a) This Agreement executed by the members of the Group party to this Agreement.

  • END USER AGREEMENTS (“EUA H-GAC acknowledges that the END USER may choose to enter into an End User Agreement (“EUA) with the Contractor through this Agreement, and that the term of the EUA may exceed the term of the current H-GAC Agreement.
