Service by the CoffeeCo Parties to ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. The CoffeeCo Parties shall, and shall cause their Affiliates to, provide to ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ and its Affiliates those Tax Support Services as indicated on and in accordance with Schedule 2 and the Side Schedule, and all of the provisions of this Agreement shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to such provision by the CoffeeCo Parties and their Affiliates to ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ and its Affiliates, and receipt by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ and its Affiliates from the relevant CoffeeCo Parties and their Affiliates, of such Services.
