Common use of Service Awards Clause in Contracts

Service Awards. At least thirty (30) days before the Opt-Out and Objection Deadlines, Class Counsel will file a motion seeking a service award payment not to exceed Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($3,500.00) for each of the Class Representatives, for a total of Seven Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($7,000.00), in recognition of their contributions to this Action, subject to Court approval. The Settlement Administrator shall make the Service Award Payment to the Class Representative from the Settlement Fund. Such Service Award Payment shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator, in the amount approved by the Court, no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date.

Within three (3) days after filing the Fee and Expense Application, subject to Court approvalthe Fee and Expense Application shall be posted on the Settlement Website.
